  The first day I went in and she took all my information down and explained what would be done as far as EEG's and MRI's. Once I got my MRI she called me telling that there was an abnormality and suggested that I needed to go to the hospital for another MRI. She informed me and I will give her that. However, after my second MRI, it turned out it was benign. When I went for my follow up visit with her she found out the neurosurgeon didn't do the spinal tap like she ordered. She was very upset and was ordering that I get the spinal tap and blood work (which turned out that I got it done in the hospital). When I asked her the reason for the spinal tap and blood work, she couldn't even answer it because she was too busy being in her own head and typing away on her computer, acting so frustrated that it didn't get done. Also, she lacked bedside manner which led me to switch to another neurologist who spoke in his field of expertise. I had three neurosurgeons explain to me why it wasn't necessary to get a spinal tap. She lacked the bedside manner/compassion. She didn't talk to me but at me. It felt that she was trying to get these tests out of the way to benefit her rather than me. I am not saying this doctor is a bad person but there is nothing worse to me than a doctor who has little bed side manner and speaks out of their profession, giving false advice. I can understand that she may have had good intentions but she did not go about it the right way. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. I cannot speak for everyone else but I can speak on behalf of my own experience and I would personally not recommend her.
