- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went there to get new contacts. Dr. Ellis was very friendly and seems to know his job very well. But it took almost 30 minutes before I actually see one of his nurses. his place seem to be very busy. It got even worse when I went there to try out my contact. It took, again 30 minutes for the nurse to show me how to use the contacts which took about 15 minutes. She did not mention that the contacts I was prescribed have front and back faces and I should check them before I wear. Since that it was another 45 minutes wait in a room for Dr. Ellis. Extremely frustrating considering my appointment was at 8:15 in a morning. That frustrating waiting period aside service was pretty good, but darn expensive. It cost me $220 for the contact lens trial, which I feel a rip-off.April 04, 2017by Suman Layek
